Meet the Global Team: Poland
What’s it like working for Shareablee in Wroclaw?
I have the best of both worlds, staying close to nature in one of the most beautiful cities in Poland while working with Shareablee's international footprint alongside interesting colleagues from all over the world. I moved to Wroclaw 5 years ago and I spend my free time camping, taking hikes and short getaways.
How do you stay connected to the rest of the global team?
It’s really easy to catch-up with somebody when you need to discuss any projects or client issues. Working across the ocean in Poland isn't really a barrier. To stay connected we use video meetings, social and plenty of emails. I doesn’t seem like the time zone is a barrier.
How hard is explaining data?
Explaining the data is not hard, but it requires you to have a deep understanding to put it into context for people who are new to the world of social measurement. You need to be clear on what kind of data each customer needs. Answering the question of what goals they want to meet is an essential first step when approaching data.
When you understand the data more fully, you’re able to explain it and even more importantly turn that data into actionable insights to win on social and boost performance. It’s really satisfying! You can always find something crucial to the business that helps to make decisions more simply and more effective.
Do you have a client / milestone highlight you can share with us?
I love being able to deliver what has most value to our customers and help them get quality outcomes. Sometimes it requires taking a deep dive into the data but I've found that the most exciting part of driving success with our clients. Becoming a trusted advisor and managing challenging client tasks is a fantastic part of working in the Customer Success Team. I’m embracing the collaboration we have with our Shareablee community!
Name one personal decoration on the office wall.
My desktop wallpaper is my cute dog named Loca who I adopted recently from a shelter. She is the funniest and most clever dog I have ever seen and I am so glad I’ve been able to give her a loving home. A common space decoration more than a personal one here in the office, there is Bruce Willis movie poster hanging on the wall. It reminds you to keep moving through that 4pm sugar craving when you’re looking at tough action movie stills!
Cheers,
Angelika
