Job Title: Senior Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist

Location: Pune, India

About This Role:

Comscore is looking for an experienced and technical Senior Specialist, Programmatic Ad Operations to play a key technical lead role in our ad operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex programmatic ad campaign data and ad creative, identifying advertisers, brands, and products, and informing our go-to-market efforts and cross-platform measurement products.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert in programmatic ad operations
• Analyze complex programmatic ad campaign data and ad creative to identify advertisers, brands, and products
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize ad operations workflow
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless data integration and insights
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in programmatic advertising and ad technology
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

What You’ll Need:

• 4+ years of experience in programmatic ad operations or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills, including xlookup functions and compound functions (If, IndexMatch, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with programmatic advertising platforms, including DSPs and SSPs
• Knowledge of data management platforms (DMPs) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Familiarity with American entertainment, including TV, movies, and products
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development

Shift Timing:

IST 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM
